One gives outlines for descriptions (help description lists roughly the same thing I think...been awhile since I checked, and at the moment I can't get to my dial-up...long story). The other basically says 'if you attack or disturb people in here...we'll beat you to bloody bits and feed those bits to our grinning carp(tm) farms' Well...at least that's the gist of it, if perhaps, not the real message.
