It seems that if magi are unable to affect communes (which makes sense to me... they have no business meddling with the divine), that shamans should find dispelling magical affects equally difficult. (It's not really something they understand, after all.) Of course, divine fiat can fix all of this ("My eternal power can destroy such mortal pittances"), but I was wondering how the system came about.... anyone have an explanation?
