These are wrong. Period. Denting Zorszaul is successful. Whether or not you consider that successful is up to you, but the
fact remains, it can be and has been done, contrary to your claim.
As to my opinion that denting Zorszaul is effective, I basically see two choices:
1) Fight him normally. Die. You gain nothing, Zorszaul loses nothing.
2) Dent. Die. You gain nothing, Zorszaul loses several pieces of gear (especially if you're a rager it takes a while to kill), much of which involve LONG treks to recover, upwards of four hours or more, and mass expenditure of phylacteries.
So for your 1/3rd con, worthless phylactery (warrior phylac? har), you force Zorszaul to use a sizable number of phylacteries (most of them extremely limited ones, unlike warrior), and hours of time.
I'd take option 2. Stick it to The Man!
