If you don't have that alias, that "Belaran curses..." is instead a "Belaran's demonfire === OBLITERATES === Kelbesco! Kelbesco is DEAD!!" As it stands, the alias goes off, but he's gone by the time the demonfire goes through.

What if it had been, say... Zorszaul, who got away at convulsing due to this?

My criticism is less flippant than the tone may have indicated.
