Once you have them slept you have quite the advantage. And once
you have them blinded, you have even more the advantage
(because you know where you are going while they are fumbling).
But people can offset that advantage by knowing where they are
and knowing their way to places even blind (I ran from Emerald once
with a rager blinded (before truesight helped that) all the way
to the village). To take that away you have to disorient the player
(i.e. the character into knowing where they are). That is where
resummoning them comes in. You should have taken your hard earned
cash and went to a place VERY NEAR there and gained mana back,
moved him via summon to another place much farther away from
safety (in this case, the village). So once they have no idea
where they are going, best case senario for them is that they have
to spend some time thinking on where they are and feeling out
the directions (meaning they are not going anywhere fast). There are
many wonderful and sick places to summon people in the Old Thalos
area, I'll leave you to figure them out.
