It's my belief that if you get slept you're basically getting caught unprepared. My reason for thinking this way is that a lot happens in the 8+ hours you're asleep. You've got stuff like plagued stacked on you and it's very likely that any preparations that you did have have fallen(fillets, roots, potions, etc.).
