Have you ever had an arbiter? I doubt it since you've never even had a char over 30th rank. If you haven't had an arbiter what kind of authority do you have to make blanket statements? Even if you HAVE had an arbiter you still don't have the authority because you are a perpetual lowbie, and perpetual lowbies don't know diddly dink.
