In my defense, I hadn't played for a good week before this fight and was pretty rusty - my "strategy", such as it was, was thinking "If I fly/enlarge/protect/resist up, I can outlast the fiend and just nail the kill with wraths and he can't do a thing to nail the kill." I guess I underestimated Tarakh :) Ah well, goes to show you can't just spam wrath against everyone.
