I was playing a citizen and I killed an ennemy of the empire. I let him get back on his feet then saw him on eastern. I have asked him to take the bloodoat any times and he always refused. I slay him and bang! anathema!!! He just took the bloodoath, have been fighting him for days but he did give up.. damn it, everytime one gives the bloodoath, he should say so on cabal chanel for the glory of his sect or whatever...
