Now before you dive off the deep end, this is very much an exception...and 99% of the time no immortal is going to interfere with you attacking a criminal. One other thing I'd like to add, in the future...if you have a problem with an immortals action, taking it to the forum is not really condusive to getting results. Instead, maybe writing a note, or possibly sending email to the imps would bring better results in the future.
I was in the middle of dealing with a lot of Dawn things, that needed all the members of Dawn to be present. Having someone attempt to raid at that moment was rather inconvinent, as well as very disruptive. I had a choice, do I respond in character? Or do I respond out of character, I chose in character. So I transferred you to a nice safe place for an Arbiter. If you'll notice, I tried to simply bring everything to peace, however the way special guards work...without harming the guards, that wasn't possible.
Look at this in character, here I am the God of Peace, trying to deal with several matters within the group I watch over. Suddenly in bursts a rather violent type intent on killing. So Selric responds in a peaceful manner that accomplishes his goals. As for your guards, pretty much the next round after I transferred you, they were dead. (hint for you, low level guards vs. high level criminal don't stand too much of a chance)
