Why the hell would they have an item?
They don't have one because the dawn powers are not realy powers, they just make life easier as a dawnie.
Why would it worth taking the Item?
So they can't succor and have to walk to the haven?
Or so they can't alturism anyone?
Or so they can't use the might Golden Aura!
No no, must be so they don't guard anyone, thats it.
Why the hell are dawnies Raiding cabals?
This totaly baffels me. If you ask me, they should have more important things to do besides supply other cabals with corpse-loads of gear.
