The dark altar
Through a dark haze you note a large pit which occupies the middle of the
cold stone floor here. This room is vast and spans two stories in height.
Against the southern face is a large cluttered altar, it stretches nearly
to the ceiling and resembles a gigantic, grinning dragon skull. Large
bronze braziers light the room in a hazy orange and yellow glow. You sense
that this place was built with reverence, a strange feeling directed to the
orcish race. Before this altar you are overcome with awe which fills you and
beckons to you toward it. Small stairs set in the floor lead down towards
the entrance of a small academy, leading you away from this mystical altar.
