Definition 2. integrity and truthfulness in one's behavior.
Definition 5. a personal sense of one's worthiness or uprightness.

If ones honour is offended one acts with honour in redressing the situation, one does not commence bashing the hell out of the erring party.
To act honourable would be to inform the err'er and seek a duel. To act otherwise is to be dishonourable.
To claim that he should kill the person for offending his honour is a comical interpretation of honour, used merely to increase the possible pk situations.

honour in combat is honour in combat, irrelvant of your alignment
