It is hard coded, so that if you kill double your level
so if you are 25, and you kill 50 people, (I'm just taking a guess at this number. Could be something totally different) your heart explodes and your char is dead/deleted/gone for good/nevermore. This is supposed to help prevent the magority of lowbie pkers I suppose.
