If you're using Zmud, which it looks like
from your syntax, if you simply do:

#trig EVISCERATE {#sub DISEMBOWEL}

It should fix your S, no S problem. Because
It'll definately work for EVISCERATE, but
when it does EVISCERATES it should still
trigger, simply leaving the S, which would
then be DISEMBOWELS.

I don't know if I wrote that clear enough,
but it should work.
