> IMHO what you should have tried to do is fight Osdaron outside the Destructor, once his water elemental was stuck on the big D. Yes, his archon would hurt like hell, but with you wielding swords, you'd be hitting Osdaron hard enough that the archon would be too busy healing him to sunray/prism/etc on you. You also wouldn't have been hit by geyser. Big D would've killed the water for you probably, too.

That wouldn't work. Conjurers got changed so their mobs no longer get stuck on inner cabal guardians. Elementals, angels, and demons leave and return to the conjurer if he flees. Archons and devils also do obviously, since they're not in combat.

Also, I'd been up way too long and accidentally wielded my norem sword in the middle, which cost me 10 seconds fumbling to switch back to whips.

I thought about it a bit and I decided the right tactic would have been to dash/pull the ELEMENTAL inside the cabal while Osdaron was fighting the GIANT. A water elemental I can easily solo, especially with bard help, and he wouldn't have been able to get to it. Without the water elemental, it'd have taken him forever and a day to kill the giant, and I'd have a much easier time of things.

I tried to choke the transplendant while he was fighting the giant... and then tried fighting it inside the cabal when it tracked me away from him, thirsted, wielding swords.

Here's a tip: unless you've got 4 or 5 heroes behind you, or a defense major tank, don't fuck with transplendant archons.
