Just a suggestion that might have helped. Think about what Zorszaul wanted - to take the head. In order to do this, in the alloted time (before his wands/spells/phylacteries/etc. wear off), he brought two zombies and a flesh golem with him (not sure where the ghoul was). They were doing most of the damage to the Destructor while he battled you. What you might have done is focused on slaying first one zombie, then the other. There is a lot he can do to make himself quite invulnerable, but not a whole lot he can do to his creations. By focusing on his zombies you do two things. 1. Take away his ability to use his phylacteries on you. Because you are not attacking him directly, he cannot redirect his physical attacks to you. He is left to cast spells on you (here is where spellbane helps), or use chromatic fire on you (which might end up helping you a bit, actually). This probably would have enabled you to last a lot longer. 2. Take out his zombies and the Destructor will last that much longer to aid you in the fight against him. If you do succeed in getting rid of his creations, most likely he will flee and leave to make more, rather than attempt to take out the Destructor alone. If he does stay, it will take him a LONG time to kill the Destructor, and hopefully his protections will start to fall. THEN you entwine him and hopefully beat the hell out of him with the Destructors help. Not sure if this even would have worked. After all, Zorszaul DOES know what he is doing, and either way, a lot of luck is required. I thought you did pretty good, all things considered!
