The original title is "The woman cometh and the male splitteth." He was making some sort of lame joke about come (cum) and splitting, which doesn't make complete sense because women can cum and men, though sometimes painful to watch, can do splits.

Or maybe I'm just the sick bastard. Regardless, stop overanalysing this worthless post. Just because he said "most of you won't get it", everyone feels that they have to prove themselves able of "getting it." Including me.
