He was obviously a newbie. Most experienced players wouldn't ask for someones rank, they would know. Fewer experienced players would spam bash like that in a battle. Just leaves too many weaknesses for the opponent to use. One disarm and splat.
Not many would brag of their 20 pks either (probably 20 naked mages anyway).
My guess is, that it is his 2 or 3 char, and the one he had before got killed by a mass pking warrior, so he decided to make one himself.
