Call it how you want, but with all the arbiters I've ever played, I've always flagged people if I knew they cut out on a trade. That said, I can't see how you can justify an arbiter doing something that other arbiters flag for. When you get right down to it, if you agree to give me Item A for Item B, and I, after having also agreed to the arrangement, hand over item B, at that point item A now belongs to me, regardless of who is holding it. By your accepting Item B from me, you complete the contract and make the exchange of ownership complete. Whether or not an arbiter can figure out who said what is a completely different topic. For the most part, if you cheat someone in a deal like this you cannot be flagged, so long as you lie about it. However, it's still breakin the laws. ...Rome...
