God knows I was so frustrated with Golmagus getting away with half of what he did (I even wrote an email to Bria -- Yeah, I know that's sad), but:

I think it's more that if you are playing a character that has a huge impact on a cabal/the game, you are given *alot* more leeway in your actions.

A la Ihlrath, who totally bent the concept of Honor
Or Golmagus, who totally bent the concept of Arbiter Law.

Hmm.. Don't want to put too much thought in this. I just think it had nothing to do with who Golmagus' other character was, and more to do with what Golmagus was as a character and how much he meant to Arbiters and the game as a whole.
