The gates of an imposing Tower
Twin pillars of solid reddish-white marble rise to either side of a large
archway which stands majestically before you. From each side of the
pillars, a thick curtain wall of the same color marble extends, seemingly
as far as the eye can see. The archway seems as if it would be the logical
place for a gate to be placed, however, none is evident.. or visible, at
first glance. Beyond the archway, a small courtyard leads to an imposing
Tower formed of the same marble as the walls and pillars. The Tower rises
several stories above the courtyard, to a walkway that encircles its
circumference, just below a large needlelike black spire.
At the base of the gates, a small plaque has been set into the marble.
