With Zmud, you can just select text in the window (scroll up with page up/page down, select the beginning in the upper window and drag to the end in the lower, or just scroll down while selecting in the upper window, etc), and then just copy/paste it into a text file.

Alternatively, you can hit control + enter (you can with v 4.62, anyway, which I believe to be vastly superior to 5.55 :P), go to File -> Capture and nab as many lines as you want up to "All."

Alternatively, you can use Zmud's logging feature. Start Log, Append Log, End Log, etc.
