What I think he is trying to get at is the fact that axe was only practiced to 79%. If you are not up to snuff on axe (the warrior obviously was having specialized in it) do you actually think you'll still parry as well? Why do you think thieves or assassins tend to do poorly against...say...a polearm wielding warrior?
