Warriors only lose specializations when they change alignments. So a cloud giant would have to turn either good or evil to lose his.

The only cabals that require you to be either good or evil are Dawn, Scarab, and Empire. All the rest accept neutrals (among other alignments). So yes, a cloud giant can join battle and keep his specializations.

As for what other cabals a cloud can join, it is much more dictated by your role, your ethos, and your class, than your race.
