For those of you wondering, what in the hell that log was supposed to be, it is my idea for a new class. I suggest splitting thieves into rogues and slinks (call 'em whatever you want).

The rogues would be the ones with blackjack and backstab... cheap shot, knife, and the other more bullish skills.

The slinks would get the following extras instead of the big hit's:

Mimic: This skill will mimic any combat moves (skills) that the opponent uses. It is automatic, but will not function if the slink is suffering from lagging affects and is wielding something appropriate for the skill in question.

Blend: Blends into the shadow’s completely. This may only be attempted when already hiding. A blended slink cannot be detected by normal means. Any movement or action causes the slink to step out of the shadows.

Shadow: This skill allows the slink to follow someone and stay out of sight from them. The target will not be able to detect the slink in any way, although those around him won’t have the same troubles.

Drug: When coming across a person who is already sleeping, the slink is able to slip some fast dissolving drugs into their mouth, causing them to fall into a deep and heavy sleep. There is a chance that this action will awaken the target.

Acrobatics: When unarmed, this skills vastly increases the slink’s ability to dodge.

Rob: This skill allows the slink to remove worn items from the victim so long as they are in a deep sleep. Fortunately for the victim, the act of robbing one of their prized possessions invariably wakes them. Items on the extremities are easier to rob than those about the body. A failed robbery can have dire consequences for the slink.

Plus some extras... I'm not going into a lot of detail, because none of you really care anyways.. but on the off chance that someone out there likes the idea, there it is.

...Rome...

ps. I'm not the first one to suggest splitting up theives, so don't bother flaming me claiming you thought of it first... I know.
