Looks like the Arbiters are not showing up anymore unless their roles are changed and a little more power in their cabal. Look at previous post of an Arbie.

It is frequent that I see ragers attacking magic-user guilds as compared to the past. Somehow in the past when Arbies are on, people would think twice. Nowadays, the towns are quite rampant.

On a day I logged in and within moments as if immediately -
1. The Invoker yells 'Help! Dhaevor is attacking the guild!'
2. Sinlye yells 'Help someone is attacking me!'
3. Melibersa yells 'Help! I am being attacked by Jargsa!'

Jack hopes the situation will change. The towns are not towns anymore but killing fields.
