> As for having weak powers, if a 99.9% successful power word kill that hits out of range isn't powerful enough for you, I'm sorry. Not to sound bitchy, or to complain, 'cause I'm not, but we both know this is deluding. I'll take it piece by piece. Success:This is a relative term. Yes, after you do flag them, 99.9% of them are going to die, though the percentage that die because of the flag would be closer to 80% or so, epecially at higher levels. Then, if you consider somebody having a friend kill them to drop the flag unsuccessful, that drops the rate to 50%, give or take, I'd say. Out of range:Well...yes and no. If you happen to be a lot higher level than them, then it can be pretty ugly for the criminal, and over in a hurry. But we all know that guards near the level of the criminal, or below the level, for that matter, are annoying, draining, but seldom deadly, especially to the warrior types(ragers) that expecially plague the law now. To compare this to pwer work kill is a gross exageration. PWk instantly kills whomever you're fighting, giving them no chance to harm you. The wanted flag is nothing of that sort. True, they're helpful when fighting criminals in your range, but they are in no way protection from a good ass kicking, escpecially since they're easily summonable. Or were last I checked, feel free to correct me on this. To close, it doesn't really matter whether or not I think Arbiters are underpowered(which I do, but not too terribly), and I didn't mean this to be in any way a flame, just my view. I like playing an arb, and i like Jaldean as a character. I realize this is going to kill any recruitment potential the original post had, but I found some change in my car and thought I'd give my two cents. Entragin
99.9%:Not really. First, you have to make the decision when to use this "uberpower". I'd say that if an arbiter placeda flag on every realy crime reported, he could have at best a 75% rate with this. At best. I admit this isn't bad, but for the other 25%...Misusing can lead to embarrassment, scolding, dismissal from the arbiters, and in extreme cases, denial of you character. That's one hell of a risky PWK, IMHO.
