I am getting damn tired of all of the over-powered classes in Carrion Fields, and also, all of the overpowered Cabals. Imms, you need to do something immediately, or people will flock to quit playing Carrion, and never come back. Let me just go through a few of the classes that really piss me off because they are too over-powered. First- Warriors- WAY overpowered, especially at the hero level, I mean come on, give me a break....There weapon specializations make them impossible to defeat. I say, all warriors should lose their specs right now. Thieves- The Blackjack, bind, Backstab, and knife combo is just TOO much to handle, Thieves definitely need to be toned down a bit. Assassins- When playing carrion, it is just not fair to be able to have someone walk up to you, and kill you on the spot. I say, assassins should lose assassinate. Bards- Group sleep spells, and the ability to have their affects last even after death are way too much, I think that bards should lose their ability to sing, as well as their ability to write notes to 'all' That is way overpowered, and otherwise annoying. Rangers-Ambush is way to strong of an attack, get rid of it, oh, and camo should be nixxed while your at it. Shaman's- Way to strong, getting sanc, and all of those offensive supplications, just not fair to anyone going against a shaman. Druids- Taking away bearform was a good step, but more must be done, I think that Sunray should be taken away also. Paladins- Sanc and Wrath make paladins too strong, especially elf ones, I think that both should be taken away from Paladins Healers- These are by far the most over-powered class in Thera.... I know well, as I have a hero healer right now, accounted as a good one. Healers have sanc, protection, rejuv, turn, nap, all of their resists, and many more. I think that healers should lose all of their healing supplications, just to even out a little bit how over-powered they are. Transmuters- Trannies are especially overpowered before rank 15, and need to lose all spell and abilities up to rank 15, but also, I think that all spells that come from choosing Arcane or Shapeshifting should be gotten rid of also. That should make Trannies about fair. Invokers- They should lose all area spells, come to think of it, take away all of their mana, and they have to do a quest as hard as the lich-quest, just to get their mana back. A-P's-Taking away sleep, cleave, unholy bless, and bloodlust should do it. Conjurers- Hrmmm, what to say about them.... Necros- They should lose all spells pertaining to raising the undead, nuff said. Now, to start on the overpowered cabals, starting with the worst, Troupe Masters- I think that Masters should lose all of their abilities except for tome, I mean, come one, Masters are supposed to be about learning anyway, right? Entropy- Dopple, and Garble have to go Sylvan- Chameleon and Wall of Thorns make Sylvan way too strong Battle- Truesight must be gotten rid of, NOW, dammit Empire- They have too many numbers, so, every 10 day, have it ANETHMA day.... every member has to go to the inn, get a coin, and flip it, to determine whether they stay in Empire or not. And last, but not least, one of the most overpowered cabals of all, Dawn Yeah, just about everything in Carrion is WAY overpowered, I think that the only characters that should be allowed in Thera are Fire Giant transmuters, or let me see, Fire Giant Conjurers, yeah, that's it. Well, that should take care of all of the complaints that anyone wants to make about any over-powered class/cabal in the game. Well, as you can see, I haven't played carrion for a while, and I looked at the forum and saw complaints about many different things, and thought this would be funny.
Hell, take away their familiars, and that should do it, oh, and take away lash and especially magic missile also.
The ability to make drinks, come on, jeez, what are you trying to do, upset the whole balance of the game? What the hell were you thinking giving such an over-powered power.
Succor is way too strong, make it so it only works after you are dead.
From now on, if you get your ass wailed, and think that it is because the other person is over-powered, but don't want to actually roll up a similar character, simply refer back to this post, and make a new post and make your subject "An overpowered Class (or Cabal) n/t" And for your name type in the class/cabal that you believe is unfair.
