If you'll notice, the file "help justin" is gone, and he's no longer on the "help wizlist" list of immortals. Based on that, it's a safe bet that he's no longer accepting empoweree applications... As to exactly what happened to him, I'm afraid that there's no way to know unless he tells us himself. Perhaps he's merely on hiatus himself, or perhaps out-of-game reasons have caused him to have to leave. Wouldn't be the first time, although it would be a loss IMHO; Justin was a helluva nice guy.
