These new ghost rules aid a bunch, run to balator and get a mace and dagger. on the way there pick up a few skull rings, recall. You should have enough gold for some brownies and a skin. Kill tarus, kill troll, kill overseer/sheriff (or just disarm black and take the rod) recall, kill tarus again. by this time, you should have enough for a boat of some kind, then I always found seantryn guards to give nice basics(not to mention that dagger south of the city), Or kill Diana, or if you are not afraid of ragers, the Golems in old Thalos. With these you can at least hit often enough to get a group, or kill for other clothes. > > What class are you thief
