Two small clarifications to my fairly long response.:

> > This is not a whine. Okay, it is a bit. I am honestly interested in what other players think of the "new improved" Sylvan Warders. One of the reasons they have almost unbelievable powers is that they don't use them to kill everyone, right? Well, times have changed. Now their numbers are huge, they do nothing but hunt, and they are successful not due to any skill, but due to their cabal powers, and that alone. I have seen no, and I mean no roleplay from almost any sylvans as to why they attack, and as to why the forests are dear to them. This is not my opinion based on one character, I have others, some quite close to warders. Is there a point where the immortals step in and say, what is going on here is absolutely wrong? Do we tone down their powers, do we up the powers of other cabals? Insect Swarm? Deadly, no way it can aid nature. Wall of thorns? Deadly, no way it can aid nature. I love the warders as a cabal, and have had one in the past... but there was no way we were anything like they are now. Please, some comments. And no typical bullsh*t that... ohhh, you don't see our roleplay.. ohhh, you don't see how we aid nature... oh, this is the pot calling the kettle black... please, only valid, well thought out responses. I have a little character who I was going to make a warder, but man, I don't want any more gangbanging idiots with little roleplay. Flame on.

> While I seem to be a rather unnoticed (or perhaps just unremarkable) Warder, I'll throw in my two cents.

> Sometimes I'm not the most social character. I talk with quite a few people when they begin conversations, but rarely start conversations myself. But, I do try to play a good Warder. I've had several discussions with you in particular, Quinthen, and if you're now saying I've shown no roleplay whatsoever, I'm disappointed that either I didn't get it through to you or I suppose I'm not the best at it. My role might not seem terribly original at times, but I do get in quite a few arguments with other Warders because I do have strict personal beliefs that I stick by.

> Now, I was around quite a bit before Asihara, Asicrom, Culhwch and Dharlome were in hero range. Sometimes I'm with them now. Sometimes I'm alone. But I'd like to think I've shown that I'm a Warder whether there's half a dozen around, or I'm the only one.

> You've seen me take great personal risks for the Grove. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Sometimes I have alot of help and am not in too much of a risk, but those aren't the only times I'm around.

> Now, to take this out of a personal realm, and to the matter of the cabal in general. Asicrom, Asihara, Culhwch and Dharlome tend to log on at similar times. But on the other hand, I often see only one or two (or for that matter none) of them around. They happen to have similar times that they tend to play, but they are far from a multi-headed beast as was suggested, where you see all of them or none of them. I sometimes go around with them, and I agree that they kill quite a bit. They pick fights with people who I don't want to fight, but luckily I haven't yet had to actually leave them for that reason. They haven't come across someone that I wouldn't want to fight. Perhaps they don't hunt those people, because I've been very clear on my views. But there are also alot of times when I'm not with them. Some of those times, I'm patrolling forests and protecting nature. I haven't very often recently, because I haven't been around often recently. I can't speak for how much they protect nature, but I can say for certain that I try to do it often.

> I hope this addresses your concerns.

Just to clarify a few points: Luckily they haven't tried to pick a fight with someone I don't want to fight, while I was with them, or I would not fight. And also, I meant, I expect they don't hunt those people while with me.
