1. You cannot be chaotic.
2. You must be one of the four "pure" magic using classes (Transmuter, Invoker, Necromancer or Conjuror).
3. You must be between the 10th and 20th levels.
4. You should (I would say "must" here, but I would get flamed I am sure) have a strong idea of who your character is, background, etc. and have a reason for wishing to join the Tower. Try to come up with an original one...something beyond seeking knowledge for knowledge's sake.
