I dont what you choosed, shapeshifting of arcane, and what focus you made, air, offence, defence, water o utility... But one thing is sertain, you will need to get your major form in order kick seriously ass, and as it has been said before, forms is all about health, and protections... Get what even protection is avaiable, and remeber for gods sake to haste yourself when shifted.. Still laughing of a earlier posted note, where a shifter went into the destructor with slow on, and wondered how he was beaten up so quickly....
