Have you notice how easy it is to get into ragers now days? I think ragers have the largest cabal now. That is taking a huge player base from Empire. Empire was designed to be an easy to get into cabal. They are supposed to have large numbers.
Why did Empire do ok in the beginning? The reason was other cabals had strict standards. Leaders made their people wait long ass times. It was harder to get in into a cabal than it was to get empowered. Cabals even had number limits. They would stop accepting if too many people were already in.
But now, almost every cabal has lowered their admission standards to Empire level and Empire has paid for it in the player base.

Empire probably does need to get more powers or the other cabals need to have admission standards again.

• I totally agree ... except with your paragraph below ... You look at ragers powers that are gained by level thirty then look at empire ... if offensive/defensive was put at 30 it may be more rewarding for warriors in the empire (n/t) Gandalf the Grey 04:26:10 1/18/2000 (0)
