If you see one of those people in the realms, assume they will come after you unless they have a good reason not to. Perhaps, then, a poll is in order. It could be run similar to the MUDJournal's poll, where it is reset every month and the results archived. Only one vote from an IP each month. Then, the players could vote on who they considered the best RPer. Perhaps that is more suited to Glimo's forum, though, as user accounts are already set up, which could be used to further prevent duplicate votes.
