Depends on exactly what you are looking for.. elves and arials have the higher intelligence, and both have decent charisma. Where as the human has a 23 charisma which is the highest of the three. I personally went for the high charisma. I also am not exactly sure what the charisma of an arial or elf is though.. just know it is lower than 23.
