Making entrance into cabals more 'special' would indeed be nice but there is a problem. Do make entry more special you would need to give more thorough interview which means more time would have to be spent per applicant. I find it hard enough to gain a leader's attention for a short time as it is. If you did wish to go through with this you would need not only more people willing to interview, but also more people with the power to induct. Just my thoughts.
