Not including Dawn or Troupe, people join the other cabals for their powers.
Which shaman cannot kill in a wall of thorns with swarm? How hard is it to kill a mage with four ganging deathblowing ragers? c scourage for master....if they took that away masters would be cool because it would take some brains for them to do good.
Assassinate with dopple? I think it is more rewarding to by an Imperial that just beat off a 7 to 3 raid of battle or warders, in some cases both. And lately, the Emperor and a couple of us have been doing it once in awhile. I knew Empire had its hand fulls when I joined, but I never imagined the fights would be this fun, esp when you consider our powers against theirs and most cases we are always out-numbered.
