I rolled up a paladin with the intent of getting into battle a little while back. Never played it through, but I say give it a shot...they have bards that sing and get them pumped for battle (pipers, drummers, etc in real life) why not have a warrior-priest who blesses each member before a battle? That's pretty realistic too..

I like the idea, but you'll never know if it works until you try it.
