Since ragers don't like you placing supplications
on others (that not being natural) maybe you can say
that your faith is a form of prowess and it is
only meant for you alone. I would take this to mean
that no other rager was getting your sanct/heals
and that you couldn't use wrath, turn undead,
etc.

You would still be plenty powerful having sanct/resistance/spellbane
and whatever other advantages you had (and you could be a paladin that didn't spam wrath).
