Alignment does nothing for elementals, not that I've seen anyways.

If neutral is the equilibrium, conjuring both good and evil mobs of natural strength, then an elf(good) gets a bonus when they conjure archons/angels and no bonus (or even a penalty) when they used demons/devils.

Same goes for evils and their perspective.
