Great recruitment day.

This is an idea for the Empire. One day Zulghinlour call centurions on the large cross road. He tells them not to accept payment. The Emperor demands that the hole of Empire attend at Zulghinlours centurions. Then as people try to pass the large cross road, the Empire shall not attack but claim the oath instead. This way the Empire will be able to force many into the ranks of the oathed. Let recruitment day start..
