I'm sorry to say, but I think Gelkof is right. At first I supported giving you the benifit of the doubt. But you really should be on more often. I know you "have a life". I think you should hand over the title of leader to someone who doesn't "have a life" if that's the case. Holding on to the title and doing what you do is just plan selfish. I think you should either show up more or step down. People will respect you more for it.
