Go into the Alias's prompt. Ch will be your alias name. In the command box, type in what you want to execute when you type "ch". In your case it would be c 'chill' . There's some way to set up aliases to automatically put different names in for your target, I have yet to fiddle with it enough to learn how, hope this helps though.
