It's like lincoln logs. You just wait with your one newbie character doing what not. Soon as you see one of those in the cabal that you're wanting to see, log on, and voila, they're all on!

For instance.

Log on with your 3rd rank warrior, battling kobolds. Although you haven't seen any Sylvans on for the last 12 hours, you hope that someday, perhaps, one will arrive. Magically, Asihara arrives. Then, upon that clue, you switch characters to your warder wannabee. Now, all of a sudden, Mendeiron, Tiera, Jaemaen, Culwich and others magically appear within 30 seconds.

That's how you choose your cabals.
