More con is better. Maximum Natural constitution will give you the best chance for good hp's. Adjusted max con say 19(20) is better than 19(19) but not better than 20(20). Hp's are also random with some kind of modifier based upon your con so there's no way to actually tell what you're going to get, unless of course, you have the source code :)
