All from memory, so I can't guarantee everything 100%, but I'm fairly confident:

The pluses: Acute vision, quiet movement (like the ranger/druid skill, not autosneak), infravision. Wood-elf bards get 100% lore, but I'm not sure if this is a wood-elf thing, or just a bard thing. Not sure if they get resistance to charm like other full elves- hard to tell from a player's perspective.

The minuses: 400 exp penalty, vuln_iron, must remain neutral.

The other: Check out that hometown selection. =)

Attributes: 19/23/21/24/17/22.
Classes: Warrior, ranger, druid, healer, bard.

That being said, why would this be a big secret? Much of it is in the helpfile, and similar information for every other race is in the sidebar. I see no reason why wood-elves should be treated special, just because they are fairly new. They're rather cool, and posting this sort of thing might encourage others to play one.
