Mana transfer would've done nothing to benefit conjurers anymore other than speeding up the time between conjuration and bind. Magical Control, when effective, takes the mana you put into the spell and multiplies it by 1.5. Far more beneficial, but it still doesn't make up for the assfucking Masters have received.
