I thank you, but I am well versed in the help files. I asked MANY people, from Heros of the light to others about. The Laws of Thera are in flux. Some think they still exist, some do not, without the arbiters (who set up and enforced the laws). I appreciate your view, it is not mine. Jagr is a vile creature and will be destroyed, wherever he is. Towns are not under law without the arbiters in My view.
